PC-WARE is run by a two-member Management Board in conjunction with an operational management team comprising the managing directors of the individual subsidiaries at home and abroad, the divisional and departmental heads and selected team leaders.

The PC-WARE Holding Group was established within PC-WARE in order to bundle the responsibility for the group's strategic business development and relevant business divisions and functions as deemed appropriate. For example, the holding assumes responsibility for Global Account Management, strategic marketing, corporate communications, investor relations, business analysis, accounting, technology development and human resources.

In Switzerland PC-WARE Systems (Schweiz) AG is run by CEO Oliver Schalch, while Werner Hegnauer is in charge of PC-WARE (Schweiz) AG. However the two companies share their management structure and operate under the common brand PC-WARE.
