Service Desk

A smooth running IT-company without a Service Desk is unthinkable. PC-WARE offers the extensive and unapologetic allround-support for your users – around the clock, for different producers und always from one hand. This services means for you: only one contact person for the software-support instead of many different hotlines with diverse producers.

We assure you the fastest possible solutions in systemcritical problems with a short reaction time of maximum two hours. The PC-WARE Multi-Vendor-Service Desk is 5 days a week 10 hours disposable and offers telephonic support in multiple languages. PC-WARE secures the quality and competence also in manufacturer spanning problems. With constant statistical analysis we support your IT-administration on the process control.

If necessary we offer you different Service Desk contracts according to your needs of support. The models reach from a single call if needed to call cased contracts that can be adapted to your IT-employees needs. In addition to that we can integrate other services, too.
