Repair and maintenance jobs for restoring normal functionality in the event of defects, at the workplace-PCs.

Printer-Care:
Printer maintenance.
 
DB-Care:
Maintenance of the database server. Available only as a supplement to the Server-Care contract.
 
Control-Care:
Online monitoring of the server hardware and other applications for functional errors.
 
Emergency-Care:
Availability service (service on call) for disruptions and crashes in the IT-environment, 7x24. To ensure support in correcting hardware defects and support for the application software, an additional 7x24-maintenance contract (PC-Care and/or Server-Care and/or Storage-Care-Contract) will be required: this has to be concluded separately.
 
Server-Care:
Repair and maintenance jobs for restoring operations at the servers.
 
Storage-Care:
Repair and maintenance jobs for the storage solutions for restoring operations.
 
Security-Care basic:
Maintenance of the server hardware as well as of the server operating systems in the security domain. The anti-virus solutions, the firewall application as well as the readability of the back-up tape will be scrutinized every six months.
 
Security-Care:
With this contract, BISON Systems AG is enhancing their Security-Care basic contract with the maintenance of the entire security-related infrastructure. This also includes organizational and legal support.
 
Disaster-Care:
The aim of this contract is to ensure quickest possible restoration of business-critical processes through appropriate measures.
