Curriculum vitae Wilfried Pruschak

Wilfried Pruschak (Mag.) has been a member of the supervisory board of PC-WARE Information Technologies AG of Leipzig since March 2009.

Born in the Austrian town of Wiener Neustadt in 1961, Wilfried Pruschak studied Business IT and Informatics at the University of Vienna from 1980 to 1984. Having graduated with a Master’s degree (Mag.), he began his career in 1985 as a sales manager for Philips Data Systems. In 1993, he was appointed managing director of Gemdat NÖ. Between 1986 and 1992, Mr. Pruschak attended training courses in sales and management at the G. Käser Management Institute in Zurich.

Mr. Pruschak has been managing director of Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH since 1996. In his parallel capacity as managing director of the wholly owned sales subsidiary Raiffeisen Informatik Consulting GmbH, he is tasked with expanding market activities.

Since 1995, Mr. Pruschak has been a sworn, court-approved expert for the following professional groups: digital electronic computer systems, digital systems programming and electronic data processing for business purposes.

Wilfried Pruschak is married, with two children. In his leisure time he enjoys sporting activities such as golf and skiing, and he is a keen guitar player.

Mag. Friederike Petznek-Stadlbauer

Mag. Friederike Petznek-Stadlbauer (*1966) was appointed as a managing director of Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH with responsibility for the investment and finances divisions as of April 1, 2009.

Following graduation in law at the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the University of Vienna, Mag. Petznek-Stadlbauer took on the position of investment manager at the Raiffeisen provincial bank of Lower Austria/Vienna AG in 1993.

In 2001 Mag. Petznek-Stadlbauer became the head of investment management at Raiffeisen-Holding Lower Austria/Vienna reg. Gen.m.b.H and was accountable for investment management and controlling of the over 600 subsidiaries of Raiffeisen-Holding and the Raiffeisen provincial bank of Lower Austria/Vienna.

Since March 2009, Mag. Petznek-Stadlbauer has been a member of the supervisory board of the PC-WARE Information Technologies AG, Leipzig.

Friederike Petznek-Stadlbauer is married. She enjoys playing golf in her spare time, and she is a very keen traveller.

Curriculum vitae Reinhold Krieger

Reinhold Krieger has been a member of the supervisory board of PC-WARE Information Technologies AG (Leipzig) since 2010.

Born in 1954 in Winnenden, Reinhold Krieger studied from 1974 to 1978 business management, sales and foreign trade at the Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences. Having graduated with a business management degree, he started his career as a Sales Agent for the German GIER electronics GmbH. In 1981, he joined Data Point Germany GmbH taking over the management of the Stuttgart office at first before working ten years in the business sector Client Server Solutions as a Sales Manager and later on as a Business Unit Manager in the Call Center Solutions sector.

From 1995, Reinhold Krieger had been Business Unit Manager for Wireless Solutions Logistics GFD (RWE Group). Two years later, he took over the management of the nationwide sales department of Telemation AG and became Managing Director for Getronics IP Business Solutions GmbH in 2000.

From 2001, Reinhold Krieger was CEO of COMPAREX Germany GmbH and later ran eight further German regional companies. During this time Reinhold Krieger also served for five years as a member of the management board of the COMPAREX Group BV and three years as a CEO for the COMPAREX Group. From 2007 to 2008 he led TDMi Germany Holding GmbH, an umbrella organization of Becom, COMPAREX, InforsaCom and InDemand. as CEO.
