Notification of Transactions by the Management according to Section 15a Securities Trade Act
Upon ratification of the Fourth Financial Market Promotion Act (4. Finanzmarktförderungsgesetzes) dated July 1, 2002, members of the Management and Supervisory Board are now required to report the purchase or sale of PC-WARE shares immediately (according to Section 15a Securities Trade Act). Furthermore they must also report the purchase or sale of other securities related to the PC-WARE share as well as securities transactions conducted by the members' spouses, registered partner or immediate relatives.
