  Dr Klaus Elsbacher, born in 1956, has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PC-WARE Information Technologies AG, a subsidiary of the Raiffeisen Informatik Group, since June 2009 and mainly responsible for the areas of sales and communication.

  Mr. Elsbacher studied commercial sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, graduating with a doctorate. He started his professional career as a controller with VEW AG. In 1984, the native of Kärnten was appointed Head of Finance and Administration of a subsidiary in South Africa before transferring to Control Data GmbH as Head of Sales Administration. In 1989, Mr. Elsbacher transferred to Hitachi Data Systems, leaving the company in 1994 as General Manager Eastern Europe. He has been with Comparex Austria GmbH ever since, having been appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1999 and CEO Central Europe and Iberia in 2001. Since 2007, Mr. Elsbacher has been sole director of Comparex Espana S.A. The Comparex Group has been property of PC-WARE AG since 2007.

  Hansjörg Egger, born in 1956, has been Chief Operations Officer (COO) of PC-WARE Information Technologies AG, a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Informatik Group, since June 2009 and will be responsible, among other things, for organisational management.

  Mr. Egger started his professional career as a computing sales employee at B.O.B. Business Organization and Consulting GmbH before establishing the computing commercial company Datacontact HandelsgesmbH with branches in Vienna, Linz and Graz as managing partner in 1982, proceeding to found numerous subsidiaries. In 2005, the company was successfully sold to PC-WARE. The native of Upper Austria stayed on the management board of Data Contact PC-WARE GmbH until being appointed Senior Advisor to the PC-WARE group in 2007. Concurrently, Mr. Egger has been managing partner of Egger Real-Invest GmbH since 2005.

  Dr Thomas Reich, born in 1967, has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PC-WARE Information Technologies AG, a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Informatik group, since June 2009 and responsible for the areas of Finance and Controlling.

  Mr. Reich studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business from 1985 to 1991, earning a doctorate in Economics and Social Sciences in 1994. The native of Vorarlberg started his professional career in 1995 with the Austrian Industrialists’ Association before transferring to telecommunications provider ONE in 1998. With ONE he performed, among others, the function of Head of Controlling, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care.

  After a two years’ professional experience as investment manager with Volksbank Investment Bank from 2004 to 2006, Mr. Reich assumed executive functions (Head of Controlling & Business Planning, CEO of the Shared Service Center) with the postal service company PIN Group based in Germany and Luxembourg. In 2008, he assumed the position of CFO in an Austrian media company.
