With this award, which was presented at this year's Trend Micro Technical University for Channel Partners in Cork, the PC-WARE HelpDesk was able to prevail against its competitors in the categories "General quality of case submissions”, "Response and timeliness of case handling and resolution" and "Commitment to training and certification“.

With more than 1,300 certifications for more than 30 manufacturers and its specialised HelpDesk competence for 14 of the leading developers, such as Citrix, Utimaco, Novell, Microsoft, McAfee, SUSE, VMware, Symantec, Adobe, CA, Autodesk, SOPHOS, Trend Micro and PGP, PC-WARE can offer MultiVendor software support throughout Europe. This enables 24-7 individual support in various languages for customers with single-server solutions, but also for corporate groups with branch offices throughout Europe. In addition, PC-WARE is Germany's only “Authorized Support Centre" (ASC) for Citrix – one of merely 10 worldwide.
