1. Global, experienced, forward-looking
We want to play an active role in shaping the rapidly expanding ICT market throughout the world. To this end, drawing on thirty years' experience, we have developed a clear strategy for growth with a strong emphasis on internationalisation. Operating with 75 offices in 28 countries, we have created a portfolio that covers every aspect of corporate IT infrastructure. COMPAREX, which became part of the PC-WARE Group following our acquisition of the COMPAREX group of companies four years ago, is the ideal vehicle for this wide range of services. Going forward, we therefore intend to operate as COMPAREX. The brand name is timeless, can be used worldwide and represents our extended portfolio.
2. Focused customer support
By presenting ourselves under a single name in every country and across the entire range of manufacturer-independent services, we aim to create a distinctive and easily recognisable profile for our brand and our portfolio. That will put us in a better position to communicate our pledge to customers, who expect us to offer our complete portfolio from a single source. The move to a uniform name, COMPAREX, is consequently an important step towards a focused and results-based relationship with our customers.
3. Breaking down silos
The steel door of the data centre symbolising the border between front-end and back-end IT infrastructures has been permeable for some time. In response, we need a comprehensive approach to customer support that breaks down organisational silos. By drawing on our extensive portfolio and thirty years of experience, we can offer our customers greater freedom to plan their strategic IT investment.
