E-Government Integration Kit
The E-Government Integration Kit (EGIK) is a PC-WARE-developed integration platform for public administration bodies. Existing specialist applications – e.g. those used for registration purposes, in the judicial system or as part of cititzens services – can be interconnected with other administrative applications or provided online.
Efficient E-Services
PC-WARE has developed the E-Government Integration Kit as an integration platform on basis of Microsoft-technology to provide public bodies the appropriate solution to realise professional E-services.
The EGSK bases on an integrative proposal. Thereby it can be flexibly adapted to internal workflows and procedures of all organisations of the public authorities. This will enhance the efficiency and is the basis of effective E-Government.
E-Administrative procedures
Existing administrative procedures, i.e. in the scope of registration or justice can be connected to other specific applications as well as provided online by EGIK.
With EGIK and an adequate Microsoft-Server-Technology inter-operation with other administrations is assured. Furthermore several different system environments and specific applications of heterogeneous IT-systems can be integrated. This is possible due to applying worldwide accepted standards and web-service-technologies.

- E-services on basis of XML-standards (e.g. xmeld, xjustiz,xgewerbe, xbau, xplanung) including procedure models for register of residents, requests of certificates for registrars (basis: "AutiSta" or "ELVIS") and announcements of disturbances
- Payment processes with payment/transaction number and fee-notification
- Web-service interfaces for key accounts and automating of processes
- Integration of existing directory services and Metadirectories (e.g. ActiveDirectory, komXpress), amongst others for adaptive workflow control
- Flexibly expandable application with Windows SharePoint Services and Office integration (e.g. request-processing with Word, Info-Path, Excel-statistics)
Competence Center
PC-WARE is an exclusive partner for the pan-European Microsoft solution "Digital Town Hall" and the only accredited EGIK competence centre in Germany.
The offer: Comprehensive support around the integration platform for administrations at federal, regional and communal level.
With the EGIK Competence Center Microsoft and PC-WARE are concentrating their competencies and experiences in EGIK in the form of an central contact point for customers and partners.
