PC-WARE Supervisory Board extends contract of Chief Financial Officer Dr. Tillmann Blaschke by five years
The Supervisory Board of the PC-Ware Information Technologies AG has extended the contract with Dr. Tillmann Blaschke (45) by a further five years. Dr. Blaschke is responsible for Finance, Controlling, Human Resource Management, Legal and Organisation on a Group Level. Dr. iur. Wolfgang Vehse, Supervisory Board Chairman, explained this decision: "The extension of the contract ensures the successful development of the company and the trusting relations to outside financiers and company shareholders through continuity in the Management Board".

After gathering experience from 1999 to 2002 in the field of banking at Dresdner Bank AG/Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Dr. Tillmann Blaschke was in charge of the Finance Division of the chip manufacturer Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) in Germany. Dr. Blaschke played a decisive role in designing the structures of the AMD site in Dresden. Since 2002 he had co-led the start-up of the photomask company Advanced Mask Technology Center GmbH & Co KG., a joint venture of AMD, Infineon Technologies AG und Toppan Photomasks Inc., as Managing Director. He was appointed to the Management Board of PC-WARE in the spring of 2006.
