Corporate culture thrives on exchange and on external stimuli, even if at first glance they seem to have little to do with everyday business. Our corporate culture thrives on dialogue with other spiritual and artistic disciplines.
The ubiquitous depiction of group values comes to the fore here; and we benefit from the numerous creative and unexpected suggestions which we incorporate in to our cultural commitment day after day. We are grateful for the occasions that culture gives us to talk to our clients, partners and friends in a manner which is both interesting and goes far beyond business matters.
Artists and artistically minded people benefit from the opportunities offered to them by PC-WARE – from an exhibition at company headquarters or at our international branch offices as well as the significant publicity which we can generate for artists and their works.
We inspire our employees every day in their working environment with contemporary art of all styles and forms. We therefore create an environment rich in ideas and innovation that principally benefits the company, our employees and the artists.
Permanently changing exhibitions in the various branch offices with paintings, photographs and objects provide relief and continuous and challenging exposure to art and culture. They show what stirs us and they represent the openness which we can install using objects created by other people.
Openness also applies in the case of interested parties outside the company. Private viewings at PC-WARE have long been a permanent feature of many people's personal culture programme. Clients and partners also get their money's worth: the broad spectrum of art appreciation is an experience for business people at private viewings: the artist's work is always at the centre. Friends and partners of the company meet on the sidelines and enjoy "l'art du business".
