Overview of the Service Provider Licence Agreement (SPLA)
The Service Provider Licence Agreement (SPLA) means rethinking: More flexible use of software instead of focusing on a permanently committed licence model. SPLA is a Microsoft licence program, subject to PC-WARE conditions for Service Providers that provide hosted solutions on a Microsoft platform. The end user pays a monthly licence fee according to the use of the Microsoft service and product portfolio. The advantages of this reliable and secure service above all lie in its flexibility – immediate response to individual customer requirements in dynamic IT structures.
