You can be sure that we will do everything to keep the quality of our services at a high level. We do realize that there maybe situations where things don't go exactly as planned. What happens next?
A team of PC-WARE employees is taking care of your complaint. Each complaint will be settled as soon as possible; we strive to respond within 48 hours. In case the completion of your complaint takes more time, you will be informed, preferably by telephone.
