Quality is priority at PC-WARE

PC-WARE is highly commited to quality. Quality towards you as a customer at both operational and relational level. PC-WARE strives towards long term relationships with her customers. Quality is necessary in the sector. Correctly supplying software and also guaranteing a meticulous management of the entire software portfolio, require a high quality organization.

To clearly show this to customers and partners too, PC-WARE Information Technologies B.V. have requested approval for certification according to quality norm ISO 9001-2000. This norm is awarded to if an organization complies to "a organized and precise means of working in order to ensure that products or services comply to the previously determined requirements”.

PC-WARE's way of working has been reviewed by the international quality agency KEMA Quality. The international norm ISO 9001:2000 has been awarded  to PC-WARE Information Technologies BV on the field of "Specialistic advice and support with regards to management of license contracts and usage rights for software and related (technical) services."

PC-WARE is proud on this recognition. However, this doesn't mean that we are ready now. We will internally and towards our customers continue to improve our service. In our sector so much is constantly changing, that stagnation is not an option. Striving for best quality will surely remain on the agenda, qhich is a prerequisite for maintaining the quality norm.

Regulargly, audits will be held to test the quality. In December 2005 a audit was performed under the supervision of KEMA Quality. The result of this audit was stipulating for the status of our ISO-certification. We are extremely proud of the fact that our ISO-certification had been renewed until 2008!
