PC-WARE the Netherlands is run by a management team formed by Mr. Marc Betgem, General Manager and Mr. Ricardo Koelemij, Commercial Director. PC-WARE the Netherlands falls under the responsibility of mr. Harry Kloosterman, Vice-President Western Europe.

The daily operational management within the PC-WARE Group is in the hands of Dr. Knut Löschke, CEO and Dr. Tillmann Blaschke, CFO.

The PC-WARE Holding Group was established within PC-WARE Information Technologies AG in order to bundle the responsibility for the group's strategic business development and relevant business divisions and functions as deemed appropriate. For example, the holding assumes responsibility for Global Account Management, strategic marketing, corporate communications, investor relations, business analysis, accounting, technology development and human resources.
