PC-Ware Information Technologies AG continues its strategy of internationalization by establishing PC- WARE North Africa in Algiers, Algeria. The offerings of the company cover both the fields of data center and software licensing and services.
PC-WARE looks back over the first half year which was characterized by the company’s reorientation. Two core areas of the business were defined and reorganized into software and the related services on one side and the Data Center business on the other.
ICT Solution Provider PC-WARE has seen a decrease in sales in the first quarter of its fiscal year 2009/2010 by 6.3% to 216.4 million. This was announced by the parent company in Leipzig this week. It is the first quarter in which the PC-WARE Group feels the consequences of the current recession.
Dr. Knut Löschke, CEO of PC-Ware Information Technologies AG, and Dr. Tillmann Blaschke, CFO, are stepping down from office. As of today, the Supervisory Board has appointed three new members to the new Management Board.
