In the course of the first quarter of the 2010/11 fiscal year, PC-WARE has succeeded in achieving a considerable increase in its business results over the previous year. This successful development is attributable to both organic and inorganic growth within the Group. The restructuring measures implemented in the last fiscal year are making a noticeably positive contribution.

For the PC-WARE Group, fiscal 2009/10 was a year dominated by corporate restructuring, the aim being to focus the Group on its core competencies and establish a suitable foundation for earnings growth. The process of realignment was accompanied by a number of exceptional factors, both positive and negative, which, as anticipated, are reflected in the company's key profit indicators for the 2009/10 financial year. Despite these circumstances and challenging economic conditions at an international level, the company was able to achieve a satisfactory result.

PointGroup, a specialist in information security and mobility, has committed a partnership with PC-WARE Information Technologies BV. This allows PC-WARE to support and advice their customers concerning information security in a better way. 

The Management Board of PC-Ware Information Technologies AG (DE0006910904/ WKN 691090) ("the Company") was informed today that the founder and former principal shareholder of PC-Ware Information Technologies AG, Dr. Knut Löschke, has sold his shares in the Company to "PERUNI" Holding GmbH (Vienna). The Austrian-based company Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH (Vienna) now indirectly holds approx. 91% of the share capital of PC-Ware Information Technologies AG via "PERUNI" Holding GmbH (following other acquisitions relating thereto).
