PC-WARE wins CRN Best Specialist Reseller Award 2006!

Last Thursday 16th of November, the Dutch subsidiary PC-WARE Information Technologies B.V., received the ‘Best Specialist Reseller Award 2006’ from the respected Dutch IT magazine Channel Reseller News (CRN) which operates in several European countries. This year was the 9th year that these awards were presented, for which The Passenger Terminal in Amsterdam succeeded as a rich and glamorous location.

PC–WARE establishes subsidiary in Romania

Leipzig/Vienna/Bucharest 30/06/06 - PC-WARE AG will be continuing its strategy of international expansion by establishing a subsidiary in Bucharest. As the company announced at its annual results press conference in Frankfurt am Main, PC-WARE will be represented in the largest country of South-East Europe as of 1 July 2006, thus further cementing its market position as the leading European IT service provider in Central and Eastern Europe.

New appointment to the PC-WARE AG Management Board

The Supervisory Board of PC-WARE AG has appointed Dr. Tillmann Blaschke to the Management Board of PC-WARE AG. As the company today announced, Dr. Blaschke will be responsible for Finance, Controlling, Human Resource Management and Organisation at Group level.
