I am confident that Dr. Blaschke will make a valuable contribution to the continued growth of PCWARE, particularly in terms of further international expansion of the company.” Having initially gained international experience in the banking sector, at Dresdner Bank AG/Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Dr. Blaschke joined chip manufacturer Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) were he was responsible for Finance in Germany from 1999 to 2002. Blaschke played a central role in shaping the structures of AMD Dresden. In 2002, he was appointed Managing Director of Advanced Mask Technology Center GmbH & Co KG, a joint venture between AMD, Infineon Technologies AG and Toppan Photomasks Inc. which he actively developed.

Developing this well-established corporate infrastructure, while at the same time maintaining the company’s unique flexibility, will be an exciting challenge,” said Dr. Tillmann Blaschke. Dr. Jutta Horezky, the member of the Management Board responsible since 2001 for the areas of Finance and Financial Services at company and Group level, will be leaving the Board to focus on other activities. She will continue to be available to the company in an advisory capacity for a transitional period.
