The "E-Gov Portal Solution", developed by PC-WARE specifically for local governments and administrations, is a software solution for constructing information platforms on the Internet and on intranets. The solutions facilitates the generation, filing and publication of large volumes of information and integrates technical procedures developed internally by local governments. Members of the public and companies can track the status of their cases on the Internet using an individual login and ticket system. An electronic folder collects this information for all the parties involved.

Structured processing via the portal is more efficient and faster, and enquiries no longer go missing, as all procedures can be traced back to specific employees. And: once the processes have been evaluated, room for improvement can be identified quickly.
