International Integration, Data Management & Reporting Services

Reporting to Operations Manager (ISOT)

Job Purpose
To establish, co-ordinate and maintain activities related to the provision of business integration, data management and reporting services so as to maintain and develop international business in accordance with agreed business plans.
This position plays a central role in creating and maintaining critical processes and systems to support the achievement of our international sales strategy.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

Integration Services - 50%
1. Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain fundamental policies and procedures required for the profitable and sustainable business integration of international sales;
2. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners who support our international sales strategy in areas of the world where PC-WARE does not have an office;
3. Maintain an accurate and up to date computerised register of policies and procedures and provide regular qualitative and quantitative reports;
4. Assist and co-ordinate the provision of support activities required to ensure that PC-WARE can promote and implement professional international business integration services in a timely and professional manner.
5. Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to activities.
6. Promote and practice effective communication throughout the organisation, necessary to maintain and develop international Sales within the PC-WARE Group.

Data Management & Reporting Services – 50%

1. Co-ordinate the development of an evolving centralised knowledge management infrastructure that will include all necessary information relating to International Sales activities;
2. Co-ordinate the development of an evolving centralised reporting facility for international sales activities;
3. Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain fundamental policies and procedures required for the provision of international reporting activities;
4. Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to activities.
5. Promote and practice effective communication throughout the organisation, necessary to maintain and develop international Sales within the PC-WARE Group.

• Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel up to a few days a month within Europe if required.

This is a full-time position (40 hours) based in our Amsterdam office (at 5 minutes walking distance from Station Sloterdijk).
