Afgelopen donderdag 16 november heeft PC-WARE uit handen van chef-redacteur van CRN Witold Kepinski de award voor ‘Best Specialist Reseller Award 2006’ uitgereikt gekregen. PC-WARE appointed as exclusive Microsoft partner for pan-European eGovernment "Digital Townhall” solution

Leipzig, 13.10.2006 - Microsoft officially announced the launch of the pan-European eGovernment solution "Digital Townhall" as part of an EU Open Day hosted by the European Commission in Brussels on October 9-12, which brought together municipal and regional representatives from around Europe. The "Digital Townhall" was developed by PC-WARE and Spanish based Spenta Public Sector, with PC-WARE contributing its "E-Government Starter Kit" to the overall project.

PC–WARE establishes subsidiary in Romania

Leipzig/Vienna/Bucharest 30/06/06 - PC-WARE AG will be continuing its strategy of international expansion by establishing a subsidiary in Bucharest. As the company announced at its annual results press conference in Frankfurt am Main, PC-WARE will be represented in the largest country of South-East Europe as of 1 July 2006, thus further cementing its market position as the leading European IT service provider in Central and Eastern Europe.

New appointment to the PC-WARE AG Management Board

The Supervisory Board of PC-WARE AG has appointed Dr. Tillmann Blaschke to the Management Board of PC-WARE AG. As the company today announced, Dr. Blaschke will be responsible for Finance, Controlling, Human Resource Management and Organisation at Group level.

PC-WARE AG acquires Ravenholm Computing Group

Leipzig/Copenhagen, 05/01/2006 - PC-WARE AG acquires the Ravenholm Computing Group, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. In signing the purchase contract over 100% of the shares of Ravenholm the international IT service provider PC-WARE AG will lay the basis to significantly bolster its market position in Europe. Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the purchase price.
