PC-WARE and IBM have had a successful collaboration since 1994 mainly in the software licensing sector. With its growing national and international presence and its extensive client portfolio, PC-WARE sees enormous potential for future collaboration in the area of comprehensive system company solutions. The basis for the expansion of this collaborative relationship lies in the successful development of PC-WARE into a solution-oriented IT service provider and the associated expansion of PC-WARE’s portfolio of activities in the areas of consultancy and services.

The proximity of PC-WARE to several thousand existing customers throughout the world – particularly amongst small-to-medium-sized businesses and the public sector – holds out the prospect of great potential for promoting joint solutions even more strongly in the market. This is why we will be expanding our collaboration.”

As a first step it is intended to strengthen the systems company business in the German-speaking countries (DACH) and further to strengthen the software licensing business in EMEA. PC-WARE is anticipating an increase in turnover of at least 25% in this sector in the coming financial year.
