Symantec's Enterprise xSP Buying Program (ExSP)

Symantec's Enterprise xSP Buying Program (ExSP) provides partners with the ability to use specific Symantec software to provide their integrated services to their customers.

This program is targeted at Partners that are primary Outsourcers, Internet Service Providers, or Managed Service providers.

The ExSP program is designed to provide partners with the flexibility of bundling the benefits of our software with their services. It allows partners to better match the usage of the solution and their payment schedules.

Qualifications to enroll

Meet one of the following Service Provider Models

  • Application Service Provider (ASP)
  • Managed Service Providers (MSP)
  • Outsource Service Providers (OSP)
  • Internet Solution Providers (ISP)
  • Internet Access Providers (IAP)
  • Place quarterly POs that will total at least 30,000 points

  • As software is used, Partner pays Symantec
  • Monthly pay-as-you-go monthly subscription license model
  • Quarterly in-arrears payment and reporting

These solutions, based on focused partner interaction, promote our shared responsibility to secure the Internet and demonstrate the practical application of these solutions as revenue generating services.

Both xSPs and their customers benefit from these new security solutions. By protecting the network infrastructure from complex threats, an xSP preserves its good reputation, core assets, and service delivery function to customers. Customers pass risk onto the xSP who increases service revenue by helping customers manage risk.


NetIntelligence

Netintelligence offers service providers the opportunity to harness the power of the internet to allow rapid delivery of a range of own branded security based services.

With the Netintelligence Managed Services Platform (MSP), service providers are able to offer a range of Internet security services - Email Filtering & Web Filtering & Asset Management to their subscribers, all available on a pay-as-you-go model.

This can also be achieved through a customisable 'white label' solution which adapts to incorporate your own branding.

Compared with in-house solutions, hosted security provides guaranteed service levels, high services based margins and recurring revenue based on a predictable per-user fee structure.
